Exchange Policy

  • CloudWalker does not offer refunds on any products.
  • CloudWalker does not offer exchanges on discounted/sale items.
  • CloudWalker does honor product exchanges for full price item within 30 days of receiving. After returning a defective product, guests are eligible to receive an exchange on full price, replacement item of the same value, or less, if applicable.
  • Exchanges must be processed at the store location the product was originally purchased from OR shipped to the designated return address, with the return package postmarked no later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt.
  • All exchanges are subject to a restocking fee of ten dollars ($10.00), which will be deducted from the total amount credited for the product exchange.

When are guests eligible for exchanges?

  • Guests who have received a defective product, do not like the product, or ordered the wrong product from CloudWalker have the right to an exchange. Cannabis items that are not eligible for exchange include all cannabis smokeables, cannabis edibles, cannabis supplements, cannabis topicals, and High Desert Coolers.
  • The defective products must have been defective upon the time of the sale for an exchange to be processed.
  • We do not process exchanges for products that have been damaged by the guest, this includes wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new (inedible products only, i.e. t-shirts, hats, etc.)

How to initiate an exchange?

  • For in-store purchases, please return the product in its original packaging (with the original barcode still attached) to the store you originally purchased it from. We will not be able to accept returns at any alternate locations (other dispensaries, retail locations, etc.)
  • The original receipt for the item(s) being exchanged is required and must be presented at time of exchange processing.
  • For website purchases, please contact CloudWalker via email, phone, or our Return Request Form to ship back the defective item via our return shipping label (provided on request), including a corresponding printed receipt (the email confirmation of your order), to: Cloudwalker at 1629 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
  • On the printed receipt, please note the item you would like to exchange it for. The item must be the same value or less. CloudWalker does not offer shipping compensation for exchanged items.
